AET Tool Room Borrowing Agreement
- All borrowed tools must be returned on the same day before the tool room closes.
- The borrower is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of all borrowed tools.
- Any damage, loss, or misuse of tools will be the full financial responsibility of the borrower.
- Tools must be returned in the same condition as when borrowed. Damaged tools must be reported immediately.
- Failure to return tools on the same day will result in a formal warning notice sent to the borrower and relevant department personnel.
- Repeated violations may result in suspension of tool borrowing privileges and disciplinary action in accordance with NAAP institutional policies.
